Other Financial Personalities

Here are a few other financial personalities that I have found helpful and could be worth looking into for more financial education.

  • Robert Kiyosaki states there is only ONE thing to know – Know the difference between an asset and a liability and BUY ASSETS!

“The rich store up assets, but the poor focuses on buying liabilities.”

Robert is known to be a financial guru by lots of people. He teaches how to get out of the “rat race” by focusing on buying things that will put money in your pocket (assets), and not on things that will take money out of your pocket (liabilities), and he encourages everyone to take ownership of their financial future with financial education.

    An example from Robert is:

The house you are living in is not usually an asset. It is usually a liability because it is not putting money in your pocket. The house you are living in is taking money out of your pocket with insurance premiums, taxes, and maintenance costs; however, a rental property can be an asset if it is putting money in your pocket even after the insurance premiums, taxes, and maintenance cost/fees are paid.

  • Mark Moss is a financial educator and entrepreneur who specializes in teaching people how to invest in cryptocurrencies and other alternative assets. He is known for his expertise in the field of decentralized finance (DeFi) and his ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.

He is the founder of several businesses, including Signal Profits, a cryptocurrency trading education platform, and Market Disruptors, a financial media company that provides insights and analysis on emerging technologies and markets.

Many say Mark Moss teaches economics better than many professors.
